Perfect and sincere after-sales service system

1Customers of KOMSA's KOMSA intelligent products enjoy nationwide quality assurance and door-to-door service

We will offer nationwide quality assurance to the purchasers of KOMSA's KOMSA intelligent products. If there are any problems in hardware or software, which are involved in guarantee limitations in your product, you can enjoy the door-to-door maintenance service from the nearby service department authorized by KOMSA with the warranty document and purchase invoice.  If only you purchase the product anywhere in
China (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan are not included). During warranty period the door-to-door maintenance service are free of charge; out of this period we will charge costs for transportation, service hours and spare parts.


The will be free within the length of warranty. But if it is required by customers 


2.Returned purchase, replacement or maintenance within 7days is free of charge

Within seven days (the seventh day is included) since the date of purchase of KOMSA products (based on the date on the valid purchase invoice, the same below), you can return your purchase if the product you have purchased has the functional problems listed in our country's "three bags of provisions".Please take the faulty equipment to the selling spot. Then we will give the payment for goods back to you in one lump sum according to the price on the invoice (based on the price on valid purchase invoice)

      
3.Replacement or maintenance within eight to fifteen days is free of charge

Within eight to fifteen days (the fifteenth day is included) since the date of purchase of KOMSA products, you can choose replacement or maintenance if the product you have purchased has the functional problems listed in our country's "three bags of provisions". If you want to replace your goods, please take the faulty equipment to the selling spot. Then we will replace another product of the same model and standard for free. 


4.The maintenance of KOMSA products within one year is free of charge

Within one year since the date of purchase, if the product you have purchased has the functional problems listed in our country's "three bags of provisions", please take the faulty equipment to the service departments authorized by KOMSA for free maintenance. We will call you to come to bring your product after the repair.
